Two large spaces at BHumn DanceSpace are available to rent for your party, special occasion, performance, or meeting. One space measures 60X25 and the other space measure 35X45. You can rent the spaces separately or at the same time including the two lobby areas available for reception or other needs. The floors are sprung wood floors covered with a black marley flat lay. Each space has it's own sound system compatible with ipod, computer, or cd. Large space is perfect for performance as it has large black curtains designed for covering the mirror and plenty of room for seating.
The DanceSpace also rents rooms hourly for private instruction or classes. This rate is at $35 per hour for the large studio, $25 per hour for the medium studio, and $20 per hour for the small studio.

- Prices are for up to 35 people. Parties of 36-75 add 50% and parties of 75-150 add 80%.
Rented at a rate of $100 per hour for smaller room and $125 per hour for larger room.
